KATHI TOLL

WELCOME

My name is Kathi Toll. I am a management consultant who collaborates with retailers and brands to design and implement transformational business initiatives through change and project management, as well as education design and delivery. From Fortune 500 companies to mid-size firms, I navigate intricate organizations and lead complex projects, while guiding effective internal and external communications.

My experience spans organizational change management, learning and development, and project management. I specialize in luxury beauty and work with retail clients that include many of the world’s leading brands and labels. I hold a B. Ph. in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and completed my M.S. is Communication and Leadership at Northwestern. I also have certifications from the Prosci Change Management program and the Kellogg School of Management. When I am taking a break from consulting or studying at home in Chicago, I stay motivated by swinging kettle-bells, cycling, and hunting for the perfect shade of red lipstick.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I grew up the lone girl among three brothers, which inspired my adaptable, energetic spirit, direct manner of communication, and knack for finding humor in nearly any situation. Raised in a small Wisconsin town, I now live in Chicago, Illinois and have  for over thirty years. I am self-professed city snob, and vehemently oppose suburbanites claiming Chicago as their home, because one can only call themselves a Chicagoan if they reside in the city proper. When I'm taking a break from consulting or studying, I can be found swinging kettle bells, cycling, or hunting for the perfect shade of red lipstick.

PS: Don’t tell anyone, but I am also a Broadway show-tune nerd and a Pitch Perfect groupie. (Seriously, I have seen all three of them more than once. #acanerd)

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY:

"Kathi is a talented coach and trainer of the “show, don’t tell” school as well as a true strategic thinker who also has a practical and implementation mindset (rare indeed). As well as being an incredible business person she is also an incredible woman. I would recommend her without hesitation on both a professional and personal level."
